    Terms & Conditions

     

     

    Booking

    All orders must be confirmed in writing or by completing a booking form. On Booking we require a £50.00 non refundable booking fee to secure the hire of goods for your event. This will be deducted from your final bill and is due in full 21 days prior to you event.

     

    Refundable Deposit

    We also require a refundable £100.00 security deposit which is payable at the same time as the final balance payment. This will be fully refundable subject to the return & inspection of goods. The customer assumes complete responsibility for loss or damage to hire products (Other than fair wear and tear) from the time the hired items is left at the venue, until it is collected or returned.  Any items lost or damaged will be charged at replacement costs. Customer goods will not be accepted as replacements. Just Flowers reserves the right to invoice you the hirer for any additional cost to the £100.00 security deposit already paid to replace lost or damaged items should it exceed the £100.00 security deposit.

     

    Payment

    Deposits, Booking Fee’s or Full payment can be made by Cheques which are made payable to ‘Just Flowers’. We also accept payment via bank transfer. Please contact Just Flowers for details. All payments will be confirmed in writing.

    If the final payment is not received Just Flowers reserves the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order. No delivery will be made without receipt of the final balance.

     

    Hire Period & Services

    • hire is for the agreed period only at the time of booking.

    • All hired items remains the property of Just Flowers unless otherwise stated.

    • All items will be delivered clean and ready to use.

    • Queries on hired items must be notified immediately.

    • Any boxes or packaging materials supplied should be returned in tact.

    • Should you wish to extend the term of the hired items, please contact us in advance to discuss terms and conditions.

     

    Liability

    Just Flowers will not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from any goods under hire. Our Hire equipment is not insured whilst it is in your care.

     

    Just Flowers shall not be liable for any damage, injury or loss caused as a result of using candles. Permission should be sought from the venue as to whether candles can be used.

     

     

    Cancellation

     If you wish to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed by us, you must give written cancellation notice. The initial booking fee is non refundable under any circumstance.

     

    Delivery & Collection

    Delivery & collection will be made by a representative of Just Flowers unless agreed that items will be collected by yourself. If to be collected by yourself this must be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

     

    Any person other than the hirer  who signs the collection/ delivery note is deemed as to be authorised by the hirer. Any descrepancies must be notified  within 24 hours.

     

    Please note that you are responsible for hired items once delivered and should make the appropriate arrangements with your venue for safe storage of items when not in use.

     

    Just Flowers will make every effort to deliver and collect your order at the specified dates and times however we will not be liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery or collection of goods.
